Congress to hear case about wireless Net Neutrality

Even as more and more legitimate software vendors (especially linux distributions) are using Peer to Peer to transfer their bits through the tubes, providers are trying to restrict it.

But now AT&T is putting an all out ban on P2P for their wireless users.  This has finally gotten the attention of federal regulators.  The hope now is that this will cause enough stir that with Obama and a Democratic congress we might actually get some paper signed over this in the favor of the common person.

(This is not an endorsement of the Democrat party).
